Socially acceptable working conditions
Young mothers receive 16 weeks' leave, new fathers 3 weeks. As we want to promote the work-life balance of our employees, we also offer part-time positions.
If your life situation changes, it is usually possible to increase or reduce your hours without any problems. In return, we also expect a certain degree of flexibility from our employees when the need arises.
