Are you an experienced Recruiter who is fluent in German and looking for a 12-month temporary role in the UK? You will be responsible for "remote" recruitment for the two Mibelle Group locations in Switzerland, as well as handling all recruitment tasks. What impact do you have?
Independent recruitment of specialists and managers for the two Swiss locations
Creation of requirement profiles and job advertisements in collaboration with the line management
Briefing and training of specialists and managers throughout the recruitment process
Independent coordination and implementation of structured interviews and work trial days
Maintaining and developing a professional and attractive candidate experience
Active sourcing of potential candidates through various channels and platforms, building and maintaining the talent pool
Monitoring KPIs and measurement mechanisms (feedback, etc.) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment activities
Active participation in the creation and further development of the employer brand concept
