    What impact do you have?

    You develop innovative solutions for central managed and modern IT workplaces and conferencing systems – with a strong focus on user experience, security, and automation.

    Together with our Security team, you design smart security solutions for our devices, tools, and access points. This enables our employees to work as optimal, efficient, and securely as possible.

    For our shops and logistics hubs, you further develop highly specialized Linux-based workplaces.

    In close collaboration with our Network team, you take ownership of our local networks, keep things running, and find smart fixes when something breaks.

    You design support-solutions that help employees quickly find the assistance they need – such as knowledge bases, Q&A platforms, and more.

    What do you offer?

    Completed apprenticeship (EFZ)

    IT apprenticeship (EFZ or equivalent)

    Several years of experience

    in system and workplace engineering.

    German (fluent)

    English (fluent)

    You’ve completed an IT apprenticeship (EFZ or equivalent) and bring several years of experience in system and workplace engineering as well as network management.

    With this know-how, you’re a strong addition to our team – applying your skills independently and pragmatically in a fast-paced environment.

    Solid knowledge of Microsoft Intune / Autopilot and Entra ID.

    Confident in installing switches and WLAN access points, and skilled at troubleshooting when things go sideways.

    Unconventional Team Spirit: You think creatively, dynamic, and never in straight lines – “thinking outside the box” isn’t a buzzword for you, it’s your default setting.

    You thrive in a team and enrich it with your open, down-to-earth personality.

    Strong Communication Skills: You communicate confidently in both German and English (min. B2) – whether it’s in dailies, projects, or with stakeholders.
